What types of leather do you use?
All our skins come from Italian tanneries. Our leathers are mainly treated through a vegetable tanning process for a better respect of the environment as well as optimum quality.
What are your care instructions?
Leather is a living and natural material. A well-treated leather can become even more beautiful and unique over time.
To extend your product's life, we advise you to waterproof it with a product adapted to your bag's leather. Prolonged exposure to a strong light source (sun or artificial light) may alter the color of the leather over time. That's we advise you to put your product in its dust bag when you are not using it.
For better results, we also recommend that you stuff your bag with paper so that it keeps its original shape. Close zips and avoid damp areas.
Should I waterproof my product?
This is strongly advised. If you intend to waterproof your bag, take the time to carefully choose a product adapted to its leather. The best is to ask your shoemaker. It is important to note that even waterproofed, it is preferable not to use your products in rainy weather.
What do you advise for rainy weather, humidity, and head?
We strongly recommend to avoid using your product in rainy weather. Leather is a living and natural material. Therefore, it is best to avoid extreme heat, humidity or rain. In the case of use in the rain, it is common that small bubbles appear on the leather. Those will fade naturally over time.
How to take care of my product?
When you don't use your product, we recommend that you put it in a protective bag. Ideally, put some tissue paper inside the bag to maintain its original shape (like a shoe tree keep the shape of your shoes), close the zips and avoid wet areas.

What can I do if I make a mistake with my order?
Orders are usually processed the next business day. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at info@fshopprodshopping.com with your order number in the subject line and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
What if I haven’t received my package?
Check all external locked mailboxes
Contact your local post office to see if they have it held for you (always provide your tracking number to them)

I have received the wrong item, what should I do?
If you have received the wrong item as mistakes do happen occasionally, we will assist you as quickly as possible. Please contact as at info@fashionrove.com with your order number in the subject field.
What is your return policy?
We will gladly return/exchange items within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us at info@myglassesworld.com to initiate the process and include your order number in the subject field.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You should usually see your refund within 3-5 business days!
